I love making photographs…of anything. People, places, objects, moving or still, I am passionate about photographing them all. I began making images at an early age and now, many decades later, I am still fascinated by the process. Photography is the language in which I am most fluent.
After graduating from Art Center College of Design with both a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Fine Arts Degrees, I opened Hansen Photographic, inc. For the next twenty-five years I made photographs for advertising and editorial use. Most often I photographed food or automobiles.
I now live in Montana and photograph the amazing people, places, and history there.
